Labelmatch Satisfaction Guarantee Details

1. If you are not satisfied with your Labelmatch experience, call 1.800.726.7334 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST. All requests made under this guarantee must be made within 60 days of your purchase. We will do our best to process your request as soon as possible but insure it will take no longer than 5 business days to complete the process. Our goal is 100% satisfaction.
2. If you desire to exchange a product, the exchange must be completed within 60 days of your purchase. You will be responsible for freight charges to return the original shipment.
3. Stock items (MTS) purchased in error will not incur a restocking fee if an order of equal or greater value is placed. Stock items (MTS) purchased in error that are not replaced with an order of equal or greater value will incur a 20% restocking fee.
4. Labelmatch guarantees its products to be defect free and all replace your product at no expense to you if we are alerted within 60 days of your order date.
5. Any return received without a return authorization number (RMA) will be refused.
