How will my order ship and how long will it take?
All orders ship the same day until 3:00 p.m. EST unless otherwise stated in the product page. Labelmatch ships from 7 distribution centers nationally and every effort is made to ship from the location closest to you. We use UPS and LTL carriers in order to ensure quality of delivery, reduced transit time and minimized cost. Our tools within Labelmatch.com will allow you to calculate transit time to your location as well as the shipping cost. Any shipment over 200 pounds is automatically billed at UPS Hundredweight rates to save you money.
Where does my order ship from?
Labelmatch ships from 7 distribution centers nationally and every effort is made to ship from the warehouse location closest to you. If you choose "Estimated Delivery Time" from your product page of choice, the origin state of the shipment will be shown along with UPS standard transit time.

Tell me about your return policy...
All non-defective products are returnable within 30 days of
the product's shipment if they are unopened. Products do carry a 25% or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greatest). YOU MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO RETURNING PRODUCT. Please take advantage of our sample program to insure you order the correct product. If you are unsure, please contact us.
If your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
